Located in the most sought after residential district in Starkville, the Whitney Luxury Apartments will soon become home to a few lucky souls who seek communal living with the "classes"and not the "masses".

Entry to the three living floors will be accessible only by a resident's key with security video recording all entry, exits and traffic 24 hours each day. The entire building including the parking level will be fully fire sprinkled for residents safety.

In addition to the covered parking under the building, on site parking will include ample auto parking for trucks and large vehicles. Located at the corners of Lumus and Jarnigan Street, the area is served by numerous restaurants and convenient stores all within walking distance, as well as the MSU campus.

More information will be forthcoming later this summer and rentals agreements may be offered in 6, 9 and 12 month terms
depending on availability. Lease prices are not firm yet, but we anticipate starting the one BR unit at $695 per month with the two BR units starting at $1,250 per month.
